DMCA Takedown & Copyright Policy

SignalNewsFlow respects copyright holders' rights. This page describes how to submit a takedown notice under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512), how we process it, and how to file a counter-notice.

To File a Takedown Notice

Email silveridavide2@gmail.com with subject line "DMCA Takedown Notice". Your notice must include all of the following (required by 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3)(A)):

  1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent.
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed.
  3. Identification of the allegedly infringing material, including the URL on signalnewsflow.news.
  4. Your contact information: physical address, telephone number, and email address.
  5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  6. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.

Counter-Notice

If you believe material was removed or access was disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notice under 17 U.S.C. § 512(g). Email silveridavide2@gmail.com with subject "DMCA Counter-Notice" including:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature.
  2. Identification of the material that was removed and the location where it appeared before removal.
  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
  4. Your name, address, and phone number; a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or, if outside the United States, any judicial district in which SignalNewsFlow may be found); and a statement that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original notice.

Takedown SLA

We commit to processing and, where warranted, removing validly-noticed material within 24 hours of receipt.

Repeat Infringer Policy

In accordance with 17 U.S.C. § 512(i), accounts associated with repeated, validly-noticed infringement will be terminated.
